Money Savings: When you sell with us, you save a significant amount of money, thousands of dollars over others. We do this by offering a 5% listing fee. Most others charge 6%, 5.5% or even some can go to 5%, but we offer a low 5% with all the same services and attention you would expect. To make it attractive to buyer agents, we give them 2.25% (of the 5% charged) and keep 2.25%! This way, agents promote your home and don't feel devalued in the process.
