Evelyn and Tom are a great team that went above and beyond for us! We originally bought our home with Tom as our agent in 2007, and we had impeccable service from him back then. When it came time to sell our home over ten years later in 2019, we turned to Tom and Evelyn again to get the deal done. However, we had quite a challenge on our hands at the time since we had already relocated to Arizona, and we were trying to sell our home from over 2,000 miles away in the middle of winter. We had several offers within the first weekend of putting the house back up on the market, and the offer we accepted had a very short closing window of just 3 weeks!
